Our Story
CopperMed was founded in 2009 by a small team of registered nurses and biomedical engineers frustrated with the fragmented, opaque medical supply landscape. They saw too many home health patients waiting weeks for basic supplies and too many small clinics paying retail markups for everyday consumables.
We started in a 2,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Long Beach with a single category — wound care — and a promise: real product education, fair pricing, and supplies in your hands when you need them. Fifteen years later, we serve more than 2,400 facility clients and tens of thousands of individual patients across all 50 states.
We remain employee-owned, clinician-led, and obsessive about one thing: making sure the right supply is in the right hands at the right moment.
