Same-day shipping

Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day.

1–5 business days

Standard ground delivery anywhere in the contiguous U.S.

30-day returns

Unopened, non-sterile items returnable within 30 days.

Shipping

We ship from three regional warehouses (Long Beach, Dallas, Reno) to keep transit times short. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight depending on size and destination.

B2B accounts on net-30 terms ship FOB origin with carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, customer's freight account, or our negotiated LTL rates).

  • Tracking number emailed within 4 hours of ship confirmation.
  • Signature required on orders over $500 and all DME shipments.
  • Cold-chain items ship Mon–Wed only with overnight service.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most non-sterile, unopened items. Federal regulations restrict returns of certain medical products — please review the categories below before requesting a return.

Returnable

  • • Unopened, non-sterile supplies in original packaging
  • • Durable Medical Equipment within 30 days, unused
  • • Defective or damaged items (full replacement, no return needed)
  • • Wrong item shipped (we cover return shipping)

Non-returnable

  • • Opened sterile or single-use items (FDA restriction)
  • • Incontinence and personal hygiene products once opened
  • • Custom-configured CPAP or oxygen equipment
  • • Refrigerated and cold-chain pharmaceuticals

How to start a return

  1. 1. Email coppermedllc@gmail.com or call 7024166275 with your order number.
  2. 2. Receive a prepaid RMA label within one business day.
  3. 3. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt.

A 15% restocking fee applies to opened DME and orders over $500. Restocking fees are waived for B2B accounts on standing orders.
